Ty turns 6 years old

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TY!

Ty turned 6 years hold! we celebrated pow pow style. That is what ty calls army stuff. The girls and I made this Army tank Birthday Cake and surprised Ty! His response was " Mom I love you !,you are the Best mom in the world" of course he made my day. I normally buy birthday cakes but I thought we would start a new tradtion and start letting the kids help make ther own.

T-Ball Season

Kevin #11 Ty #13

The boys are off with a big HIT. Ty and Kevin are enjoying ball this year. This year is Ty's 2nd year playing and he really is getting the hang of it. He knows all the plays and he loves hitting HOME RUNS!! Kevin is catching on quick. He loves playing in the dirt while in the out field.ha/ha The sweetest thing happen the other night while Kevin was playing ball. Will Kevin's uncle from Nicaragua called on the cell phone while kevin was up foe bat. Will could not believe that little Kevin was playing ball. Will was listening to me yell" run Kevin run" and will starts yelling "run Kevincito run" (which if i spelled it right means little kevin in spanish) He said "oh my goodness my mama would be so proud" ( which is Kevin's grandmother in Nicaragua) By that time I was getting a little teary eyed and I passed the phone off to someone else. It is amazing how God works. I have always felt a little sad because his people in Nicaragua do not get a chance to see him learn and grow and discover new opportunities that he would have never got a chance to. So how cool was that! His uncle Will got to hear him run the bases of his first t- ball game all the way from Central America.

Oh i Hope i make it!!

oh i hope i make cheerleading for highschool! i am so nervous! Please put me in your prayers,i need them!!! please pray that God will give me peace during the next few weeks I have a full schedule ahead of me. Tryouts start next week the final day being May 2nd. oh yea, I have the CRCT test this week!!!!!

Family Fun!!! Spring Break

We enjoyed some family time during spring break. Friday we took off to The Georgia Aquarium. The kids loved it they could not believe that the fish could swim over us!!!
It is so nice to be able to get away from all the daily stress!!! Sunday we headed for Stone Mountain Park Ty was absolutely in AHHHHHH with the Monster Truck show!!! We were determined to do everything the park had to offer!! We rode the sky lift to the top of the mountain, riverboat,choochoo train ( Kevin finally got to ride a train, he was speechless the whole ride) We had a week of some great family time and I thank God for allowing Todd to be able to take off work for a couple of days.

This is a little too real!

This movie reminds me soooo much of me and my dad! He would do all of these crazy things! But I LOVE HIM!!!! Even though he is a little over protective and treats me like i am 4 some times but it is just because he loves me!lol OK i am not trying to get mushy gushy! You just have to go see this movie i have seen it twice!


Ps.It is Spring Break and we are all about to go crazy! Well mom and dad are!! lol (i didn't do it)
