All Aboard!!!!!

Some of you may know Kevin is crazy about "CHOO CHOO's" He loves Thomas the Tank and the Gang. Here is Kevin going around the House saying "All Aboard" It was a photo opportunity!!! I'm so proud of Kevin! He loves to learn! He never seems to amaze me how much he really has learned in the past 2 years. He had just turned two years old when we brought him to the U.S. He would have nothing to do with anybody but me now he don't meet a stranger. I look back now and I can see where God was in the adoption process way before I knew anything about it. Once again it proves we really are not in control of our lives. He already has plans for us and He knows what is best for us.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the Lord. Jeremiah 29:11-14

David Foster WOW!!!

I'm posting this for Ty. Ty thinks David (my cousin)is one of the coolest Guys ever.
David always makes time to hang out with Ty when He comes to visit at Grandma Fosters.
For those of you that don't know David he is the guy that I ask for prayer for back in the summer/Fall. David had a major injury ( 100 degree weather)while practicing football. (Falcons ,Flowery Branch) He was in the hospital for a week or so then only half days of school for awhile once he was home. David is a true testimony of what God can do. It was taking it one day at a time totally trusting God. There could have been brain damage,etc.... The Foster Family (Jay, Jana, Christina, David) is a example of what having True Faith is all about. As you can tell from this video David is doing good. God has restored his health and he is back in FULL FORCE!

In this video he cleaned and jerked 103kg. that is 226.6lbs.!!! (weightlifting talk I guess)
last Wed. he cleaned and jerked 120kg. that is 264lbs.!!!! WOW!!

not to mention David will be a great body guard for Tiff, now that the boys are trying to call her. (you notice the word trying ha/ha) We have scared a few off ha/ha sorry Tiff that's our Job as your Parents (all out of LOVE)
We hope you will appreciate it one day.

Broken into Beautiful!

I have days sometimes when I feel that some things of my past are to bad for me to be beautiful. As I was spending time with God this morning this song came to my mind. Some of you may have heard of it before. I just wanted to share this because I know we all have days that we feel unworthy. This song says a lot. He can turn Brokeness into Beautiful. How awesome it is to know that He thinks I'm Beautiful.

What about this moment?

REAL LIFE!!!
This blog is about living in the moment and the moment this morning was about the pictures above!!! This is one of the not so good parts about Life. Any advice on how I could prevent this from happening. I have made chore charts, begged, yelled, ask nicely and etc...... This is how my kids rooms looked this morning after leaving for school. Should I be doing all the work around here. I'm not doing something right. It is time for the MEAN mama to get mean and tough. ha/ha I don't think God intended for all of my time to be picking up after my children. I'm so tired of repeating myself. I will hopefully have after pictures to post after they have graduated "McEntyre Boot Camp"! I have tried to cut them some slack because they have so much to do with school and stuff but enough is enough!!
Believe it or not I am a very neat and tidy person when it comes to my house so it is very hard for me not to go just clean up their mess. I am going to try not to do it for them.
I am hoping that these pictures will motivate them, but knowing my kids they will think it is cool that I posted them. I'm a desperate mom looking for answers.

15 years ago!!

This day 15 years ago I married the "Man of my Dreams" (Don't we look good all dressed up?)
yea, right It sounds good don't it. This is what we are suppose to say right. Well, The real has settled in! nobody is perfect
I did marry the Man God chose for me.
No, He does not take me on trips around the world or to fine dining restuarant.(he would if he could)
But these are a few things that I love about him: rated(G) ha/ha
I love how he makes me coffee every morning!
I love how he takes care of me when I have kidney stone attacks!ouch
I love how hard he works at his Job so I can be a Stay at home mom/wife!
I love watching him play with our kids!!
I love watching him be a kid with our kids! (yes, you know the saying I have 5 kids)
I love hearing him pray!
I love hearing him sing in the shower!
I love how he tries to listen when I need to vent about my day! ( he is really good at pretending)
I love it when he speaks from his heart!!!!
I love his HUGS!!!
I love how he tries to make me laugh! (sometimes)
I love hearing the children say" Daddy sang to me this morning on the way to school". he tries to big, manly and tough This is what being a man is all about
( he is going to feel so exposed ha/ha) they pretend they hate it
I love how he tries to be the BEST Father! (I think we will always be trying to be a better parent)
NO, our marriage is not perfect and he don't always say the right things and don't always help out. We still have a lot to learn about marriage! But I am thanking God today for blessing me with a Husband that I truly LOVE. yes, this is mushy stuff but I'm being real!!
oh yea, I forgot:
He is my Hunk,Hunk Burning Love!!!!

A message at The Super Bowl Party!

The Church had a superbowl party tonight with over 100 youth or so. The youth pastor gave a message and a drama team performed this skit. I think they were 12-15 kids that accepted Jesus has their Personal Savior tonight. Tiffany wanted me to post this Drama. She said it had a huge impact on the teenagers at church. Teenagers have to deal with so much pressure of this world. This skit represents so many lives. This is what you call Real Life. She starts off with Jesus then everything seems to get in the way. A guy,abuse, drinking, mean girls, abusing herself and the worst is she almost committed suicide. The best part of all is that Jesus never gives up on her and He fights for her. It represents that He is always there even when the bad stuff is going on. He is always there!! Once she decided to turn Back to him He fought for her. It all goes back to just totaly trusting God. The Beautiful part is that God is Standing there with open arms waiting on us to Look to Him...

Trusting God!!

Sometimes I feel so helpless and I wish I could make others feel better when their in so much pain. But often God reminds me that he is in control and that I need to trust Him to take care of other people's needs. He is God he knows what is best for them.
I am having a hard time with this because I like to be in control. So has I'm praying tonight I am having Faith that God has this person that is so dear to me in His loving arms. Dear God, Please reveal your presense and they will feel your unconditional love. This song says it all!!

Let this be the prayer for all of our friends and family in need.
